I decided that I’m going to display my spaces, digital workflow, and how I use my computer at Mostra. I worked today on figuring out the technical side of this. I figured out that I can record my entire screen and turn that movie into a screen saver. The effect is a”;phantom computer.” I also decided that the entire movie will be set to the song “Jigsaw Falling Into Place” by Radiohead

I really want to start watching the TED videos as they come out (one per week). I found another cool one today about MRI imaging and how patients are not being given the ability to see the areas of their brain light up as they do different things. We now have the ability to look inside of our brain in real time.
The current application of this that 40%+ sufferers of chronic pain can now train themselves to learn where the pain is coming from in their brains and control it.
We’re moving closer and closer to understanding and controlling our own brains.
